We are seeking a skilled and personable Manicurist and Pedicurist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nail care and esthetic treatments, providing exceptional service to clients in a welcoming environment. This role involves performing professional manicures and pedicures, utilizing a variety of advanced techniques, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Perform professional manicures and pedicures with attention to detail and client preferences Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs and art Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and workspaces Provide additional beauty services such as hair threading, hair styling, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing as trained Educate clients on nail care routines and product recommendations Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty treatments to enhance client experience Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring their comfort during treatments Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, esthetics, and overall beauty industry developments

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current nail art techniques Experience with nail care services including gel nails, acrylics, and natural manicures/pedicures preferred Skills in additional beauty services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair styling, barbering, and hair threading are a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to upsell retail products through excellent customer service skills Retail math skills for managing product sales efficiently Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor committed to client satisfaction
