We are looking for a motivated and responsible
Managing Partner
to join our real estate business.The right person should have good experience in real estate and a solid understanding of finance and business management.
This position includes the opportunity for a
partnership or profit share
, which will be discussed directly with the owner during the interview.Main Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial and operational activities for real estate properties. Help improve business performance and increase profitability. Review financial reports and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. Work closely with the owner to plan and grow the business. Prepare simple reports and budgets to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in the UAE, preferably in
real estate
orhotel apartments
. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial basics. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.Compensation:
Salary or partnership percentage
will be discussed directly with the owner during the interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
