Report directly to GM to ensure profits are maximized in line with EBITDA targets.
Formulate a sales strategy for the year, ensure the implementation of the plan, and price positioning, and conduct trade marketing activities by leading the commercial operations to deliver its strategic short-term and long-term goals, initiatives, and budget
Study the export market and potential customers and identify the best approach for prospecting. Develop contracts with customers to ensure securing long-term sales with profitable orders
Systematize the work of the company's sales department, warehouse, logistics, and financial department. Set KPIs and monitor compliance
Direct participation in the formation of the team
Resolving disputes within the company and in the sales process
Operational management of the company
Collaboration with the marketing department to deliver overall strategic goals and maximize the brand reputation at the international level
