As the Managing Director of our short term rental agency in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards continued success and growth in the competitive hospitality market. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, strategy development, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategic Planning:

- Provide visionary leadership to the team, inspiring a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and achieve financial targets.
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Establish and optimize operational processes, workflows, and systems to streamline business operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as needed to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new properties and partnerships, expanding the company\'s portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market positioning.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction by ensuring seamless booking experiences and exceptional service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain property standards, cleanliness, and guest safety.
- Address guest feedback and complaints promptly, striving to exceed expectations and foster positive reviews and referrals.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives and investment initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maximize value and minimize expenses.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the hospitality, real estate, or property management industry.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective business strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Dubai\'s real estate market and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English.
