We are seeking an experienced
CEO / Managing Director
to lead our shore-based operations in Dubai. The role requires a visionary leader with strong expertise in the maritime/shipping industry, capable of driving company growth, managing investor relations, and overseeing overall business strategy.Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization. Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company goals. Manage investor relations and build strong stakeholder confidence. Oversee operational, financial, and commercial performance of the company. Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and corporate governance standards. Represent the company at industry events, government bodies, and partner organizations. Drive innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior leadership role in the
maritime, logistics, or shipping industry
. Strong knowledge of commercial operations, investor relations, and corporate governance. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 15+ years of senior-level experience.Job Type: Full-time
