The Role

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the full strategic, operational, and commercial leadership of Rockstar Real Estate in Dubai.

You will

launch the business

recruit and lead a team

, whilst leveraging the existing relationships you have with

UAE developers

, and ensure Rockstar Real Estate delivers excellence across all areas -- sales performance, brand representation, and investor confidence.

You will be supported by The Rockstar Group's leadership, media, and capital teams, but the Dubai brokerage will be

your company to run

. You will be expected to treat it as such -- with ambition, accountability, and authority.

Core Responsibilities

Launch Rockstar Real Estate's operations in Dubai from day one Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of agents and brokers Develop operational systems, performance frameworks, and CRM processes

Bring existing developer relationships

to secure high-value off-plan listings Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure market-leading service standards Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations Represent the business at an executive level across the Dubai property market Align local operations with group-level investor strategy and brand standards Create and maintain a Rockstar culture -- driven, disciplined, ambitious

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a real estate sales team in Dubai

Established developer relationships

with a proven track record of securing exclusive listings A leadership background in launching or scaling successful brokerages Deep market knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and luxury property sectors Highly organised, strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mind Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills RERA certification (or willingness to complete immediately) Entrepreneurial spirit -- someone who wants to lead, not be led
