Job Description
KeyDVO is a leading pharmaceutical exports company based in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products worldwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Director to lead our organisation towards continued success and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, and sales.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or exports is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business.
- Strong strategic and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
