Manage and review product presentation on site/app to ensure correct categorization, images, copy, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements
Act as a liaison with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations
Dealing with category managers, finance, marketing for customer returns, designing promotional deals and offers, handling customer complaints, etc
Respond quickly & proactively in handling queries and/or complaints related to Customers, Accounts, carriers, delivery schedules, POs & other related matters
Maximizes growth, accelerates the rate of new customer acquisition along with the 3rd party
Drives sales through improved consumer awareness, communication along with the 3rd party
Realigns online marketing and sales activities to align with customers' needs and achieve the sales goals

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
