Hafla.com is a one-stop shop to discover, book, and pay for everything needed for an event. The three-way marketplace brings together event hosts, planners, and providers (venues, equipment rental companies, caterers, decorators, artists) to transact in an eCommerce-like, easy & fast, experience.

About the role:

We are looking for rockstars who can join our supply & growth team to acquire relevant suppliers and drive growth for Equipment & Decor Verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing data or insights to guide Vertical Growth Engage with potential suppliers for partnership, qualify and sign-up Liaise with the content team and take end to end ownership of listing products of signed-up suppliers onto the website Foster trust relationships with suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality of services Coordinating with the internal team members and suppliers to ensure fulfillment & quality of upcoming events Devising long-term development strategies for product categories

Skill set required:

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Strong communication & negotiation skills to convince and unlock value Analytical, good command over G-Sheets for data analytics and forecasting. High degree of ownership towards work with great zeal and enthusiasm to build something new Hands on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts. SQL & Tableau skills would be a plus Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor in any field, MBA will be a bonus Mandatory Experience : 2+ Years of work experience in Supply Acquisition/ Category Management. Proven hustler in fast moving start-up / consumer tech is preferred Events experience would be a plus

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
