Responsibilities

Assist the Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups Track project progress and prepare regular reports Communicate effectively with departments, clients, and suppliers Support management in planning, organization, and execution Handle assigned responsibilities independently and efficiently

Requirements

Responsible, organized, and trustworthy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Valid driver's license required Experience preferred but not mandatory -- reliability and commitment are key
