Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, staff performance, and financial success. This role involves leading the team, maintaining high operational standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Monitor food preparation and portion control for consistency and quality Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

Staff Management

Coach and develop staff to achieve service and operational goals Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions when needed Foster a positive and inclusive team culture

Customer Service

Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any guest complaints promptly Monitor service quality and speed to meet QSR standards Promote a guest-first culture among team members

Sales & Profitability

Achieve or exceed sales, labor, and cost control targets Implement local marketing and upselling initiatives to drive revenue Analyze reports (e.g., P&L, labor, sales trends) to identify opportunities for improvement

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor laws Maintain all necessary documentation and records (e.g., food safety logs, employee files) Implement company policies and procedures consistently

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a QSR or fast food environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting Proficient in using restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office

Working Conditions:

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
