We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate

Florist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for flowers and floral design, with the ability to create stunning arrangements for all occasions including weddings, events, and day-to-day floral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create fresh floral arrangements and bouquets based on customer requests and seasonal availability Design and prepare floral decorations for events such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and display areas Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in selecting appropriate floral options Manage flower inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper flower care and handling Stay updated with floral design trends and seasonal flower availability Handle cash and card transactions at the counter, when required Assist with social media content creation (optional based on experience)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a florist or floral designer preferred Strong creativity and an eye for design Ability to work under pressure, especially during holidays and events Good communication and customer service skills Knowledge of flower care and handling Ability to lift and carry flower buckets and supplies as needed Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
