Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Lead to oversee and audit on-site execution across mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive audits of on-site activities to ensure alignment with drawings, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks. Validate construction progress and report deviations or risks to project stakeholders. Coordinate and execute specialized discipline audits across mechanical, civil, and electrical works. Manage the site QA/QC team, where applicable, ensuring effective implementation of quality assurance processes. Act as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) representative or Owner's Rep, contributing to the PMC-side QA/QC efforts and project oversight.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering standards and practices. Excellent leadership and coordination skills. * Familiarity with project management methodologies and stakeholder communication.
