Position: Manager - Civil Engineer

contracting company based in Dubai

, currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and qualified

Manager - Civil Engineer

to handle all the activities like managing new projects to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient project execution. Coordinate with clients / consultants to bring new projects. Review and approve construction drawings, plans, and schedules. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. Prepare and present reports to senior management. Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation. Mentor and supervise engineering and site staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 7-8 years

of relevant experience in the UAE, with at least

2 years in a managerial role

within the construction or contracting industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). UAE Driving License is preferred. Arabic speaker are highly encourage to apply.
