Masdar is the UAE's clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Established in 2006, Masdar is today active in over 40 countries, helping them to achieve their clean energy objectives and advance sustainable development. Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), and under this ownership the company is targeting a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts (GW) by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.

To design, lead, and embed a forward-looking workforce planning framework that ensures Masdar has the right capabilities, in the right roles, at the right time--supporting both current operations and long-term transformation goals. It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&C, finance, and senior management, contributing to enhanced organizational agility, Emiratization efforts, and talent sustainability.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering or related field
• MBA or Master's in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline preferred
• Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HCI SWP)

Additional Information

• 6- 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations
• Finance or business planning exposure, especially: Budget forecasting and monitoring, Cost modeling (e.g., salaries, benefits, costs), working with finance teams on annual plans and long-term workforce projections
• Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks with enterprise impact
• Experience advising senior leadership on talent capacity, cost scenarios, and future-readiness
