The candidate would be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facilities management for MegaDC. which includes maintenance, repair, and operation of both hard and soft services, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, BMS, ELV, VMS systems, fire safety systems, cleaning, maintenance, pest control & waste management, housekeeping, administration, and security. It would be the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility to ensure that all facilities are managed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner, meeting all needs and expectations while supporting business operations and continuity.
Develop accurate maintenance procedures and ensure proper implementation. Develop and manage building maintenance schedules. Addressing any maintenance issues and urgent calls. Capture maintenance logs and report of daily activities and schedules. Execute facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. Ensure all the services planned preventive maintenance completion. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Supervision of the entire installation and maintenance process. Administer equipment inventory and place orders as required. Supervise equipment inventory and place orders as required. Liaising with suppliers and vendors. Maintaining a report of the maintenance budget and expenses. Supervising the onboard service team members. Identifying repairs, replacements, and renovations. Compare and evaluate the quotations offered by different suppliers/vendors. Take responsibility of all building drawings and all the systems (equipment\xe2\x80\x99s) O&M Documents. Documenting all repair and maintenance processes. Processing vendor invoices to the Accounting department Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards Assisting with activities such as waste disposal with HK team and building security. Evaluation of technical quotes and approval process. Ensure the HSE standard policies. Manage and maintain good relationships with contractors and service providers. Support the building evacuation plans with team. Coordinating the testing of building security systems. Report and document daily operations KPIs, operational plans with the motive to improve all aspects of functioning Provide day-to-day operational responsibilities at the facilities as well as upgrade facilities to ensure consistent and reliable business services.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Job Experience
Chiller plant operations through CPM and knowledge of all mechanical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. HVAC Systems operations and executing PPMs. Check for HV/LV and electrical systems of the buildings to ensure smooth functionality. Knowledge in BMS Operations. Knowledge of lifting equipment\xe2\x80\x99s (Elevators, Goods Lifts & etc.) Loading equipment\xe2\x80\x99s (Hydraulic levelers and shutter doors & etc.) Supporting all specialized systems.
Required Leadership Skills
Candidates with Engineering background or Diploma 10+ Years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar managerial role. Experience in planning maintenance operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, leadership and organization abilities.
