PROFILE FOR RECRUITMENT
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
PROFILE FOR EFFECTIVENESS:
As part of the Group CFO's office, the candidate will be involved in following activities: -
Business parter to Corporate HR on enterprise wide Incentive policy formulation, roll-out and governance. This applies for Retail Store, Warehouse and Office staffs at Landmark Retail level (covers ~24k on payroll headcount). Involves periodical submisison of actual financial performance, payout eligiblities as per policy, Scenario analysis etc. for onward management perusal & decision making. Also added support to Corporate HR Centre of Excellence function involving Group level People cost planning and reporting
Drive People Cost annual budgeting for the Group and undertake periodical variance analysis
Commercial business partnering to Corporate HR division on all indirect procurment of HR Services (including but not limited to Talent acquisition services, employee engagement survey programs, onboarding / deboarding services etc.)
Support Centre of Excellence Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in monthly performance reviews of Brands and Countries, Forecasting, P&L Scenario planning, Annual budgeting, variance analysis etc.
Candidate must have a penchant for numbers and should be able to work on large and sensitive data sets efficiently and with ease. Accuracy coupled with essential control checks is a must
Candidate needs to have an analytical mindset (i.e. able to carve out insights from unstructured data / information, good with scenario analysis) with the ability to correlate information from multiple sources and its implication on job at hand
Advanced knowledge on MS Excel is a must. Working knowledge on MS Access, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and Power BI tool is an added advantage
Must be adaptable and possess superior communication and presentation skills & a proven record on stakeholder management
Reasonable experience under Treasury or FP&A or Corporate finance function in a large conglomerate would be an advantage
