Position Overview
The Manager - Treasury Operations plays a key role in supporting the Al-Futtaim Global Treasury Centre by managing day-to-day liquidity operations, banking activities, loan and deposit administration, foreign exchange and derivative transactions, and treasury accounting processes. This role ensures efficient cash management, strong banking relationships, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting across the Group. Success is measured through effective liquidity control, timely execution of treasury transactions, and high-quality support to business units and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity operations, cash positioning, and short-term funding requirements across Group entities
• Execute and monitor loan and deposit transactions, including interest calculations, settlements, and documentation tracking
• Support foreign exchange and derivative transactions in line with approved treasury policies and risk limits
• Coordinate with banks to ensure smooth execution of treasury transactions and resolution of operational issues
• Oversee treasury accounting activities, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation, and month-end reporting
• Maintain and monitor treasury systems, controls, and processes to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Support Global Treasury Centre initiatives, projects, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business finance teams to support funding, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting
• Prepare treasury reports, analysis, and dashboards for management review
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements

Ideal Profile

• Strong experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance
• Solid understanding of banking products, liquidity management, and treasury accounting
• Experience handling forex transactions and exposure management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with banks, internal finance teams, and senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
