JOB TITLE
Manager - Technology Audit & Enablement | Holding | Group Audit & Advisory Services
ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager, Enablement & Innovation in GA&AS leads initiatives that enhance audit operations through technology, process improvement, and innovation. The role focuses on integrating advanced tools such as AI, data analytics, and automation to modernize internal audit practices. It also drives continuous improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports strategic audit objectives.
ROLE PROFILE

• Lead innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance audit quality and operational efficiency.
• Integrate advanced technologies (AI, data analytics, RPA) into audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strengthen collaboration with IT, digital teams, and stakeholders to support audit modernization.
• Oversee the design and execution of improved audit methodologies, tools, and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team focused on innovation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor audit performance metrics and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk management frameworks.
• Lead and manage innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide advisory support, stakeholder communication, and regular progress updates to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Analytics, Data Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with progress toward certifications such as CIA, CISA, or PMP.
• 7-9 years of experience in internal audit, analytics, risk management, or related functions, with a strong background in innovation and emerging technologies.
• Strong proficiency in audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, IT auditing, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
