VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Manager - T24 for one of its clients which is a leading Bank in UAE with the following terms and conditions.
Qualifications, experience & skills
Education level (Required/Equivalent)aa,ABachelors/Master Degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Applications.Professional Qualifications (Desired)aa,AFormal Training/Certification in SDLC.
aa,ACertification/Formal Training (Foundation/Basic Level) in T24 Core Banking Application.
aa,AFormal Training/Certification in Middleware.Work Experience (Required)aa,AMinimum 5 years of experience working in T24 Core Banking system.
aa,AExperience working on Core Banking Application Development Projects.
aa,AExperience in analysing the problem areas/gaps through discussions with the various stakeholders of IT Applications.
aa,AUnderstanding of the techno-functional implications.
aa,AHands on experience/working knowledge in at least 3 SDLC methodologies including waterfall and agile.
aa,AHands on/working knowledge of application and web servers.
aa,AHands on/working knowledge of unit/module/integration testing
aa,ASound understanding of API management.
aa,AHands on/working knowledge in IT Architecture Design
aa,AGood understanding of Core Banking interfaces & workflow, familiarity with Messaging Middle Ware like IBM MQ, SOA (web services), and File based integration.
aa,ABasic skills on UNIX (Shell Scripting)/ Windows (batch Roles, security management) is expected.
aa,AExposure to programming and basic administration in RDBMS (Oracle and SQL Server).
aa,AExposure to unit/module/integration testing.
aa,AExposure to documentation skills.Key accountabilities
T24 Application - design, development, implementation, technical documentation, testing, user support (including technical troubleshooting) of complex n-tier enterprise systems.?Compliance with Enterprise IT Architecture/ Design / Standards
?Assistance in Business Case for best Value-For-Money solutions
?Availability and quality of Project Planning
?Daily review of progress
?Resolution of issues/concerns
?Weekly Reporting
?Quality Assurance
?Schedule Compliance.
?Budget Compliance
?User Acceptance
?Auditable Documentation
?Post Project Issues
?Identification and implementation of steps that reduce the support cost further without compromising quality, resolution time and scope
?Quality Assurance
?Process Compliance
?Post Release Issues/Emergency Fixes
Assist team leader/unit head in strategic/tactical issues.
?Assistance in presentation of Departmental MIS
?Assistance in DR planning and DR testing
?Assistance in identifying and implementing steps that improve the alignment of IT Application with business
?Assistance in IT Security implementation and monitoringTerms and conditions
