Position Summary:

Based within our Strategy Consulting business line, a Team Leader is a professional that is able to manage small projects or full modules within larger projects with senior consultant and Partner supervision, client and team management, and presentation delivery. The Team Leader is recognized as the \xe2\x80\x98thinking engine\xe2\x80\x99 of the module/project having an end-to-end view and depth of analysis.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Manage a small project autonomously, identify the key time scales for the different modules, and take responsibility for junior team members\xe2\x80\x99 delivery

\xc2\xb7 Lead the problem conceptualization and hypothesis generation; develop the storyline; prioritize key outputs; and lead the content generation in a project

\xc2\xb7 Independently structure and produce project documents end-to-end

\xc2\xb7 Develop the work plan for the different modules of the project, understand priorities, identify key risks and define solutions

\xc2\xb7 Communicate clearly and confidently with team members, both junior and senior, and with senior clients

\xc2\xb7 Manage and coach junior team members

\xc2\xb7 Help facilitate and lead discussions within project teams and client groups

\xc2\xb7 Act as an expert on a range of telecom topics, supporting the development of intellectual capital and coaching other team members on these topics

Qualifications & Experience:

\xc2\xb7 4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within a top tier management consultancy firm

\xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry

\xc2\xb7 An MBA from a leading global business school
