• Analyses tourism and hotel real estate investments; evaluate risks, hotel performance and return metrics
• Oversees the development of projects from the identification and analysis of the opportunity to the operator search and selection
• Supports and guide industry partners in the analysis and development of hotel real estate investments Assists in developing a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring the team

Job Requirements At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role. Relevant work experience in leading financial analysis, research and data functions \xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience in strategic consulting roles and business analytics managing multiple stakeholders \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in delivering market and financial feasibility projects for real estate sectors like residential, retail and hospitality \xef\x82\xb7 Ideally - experience working in a mid to senior management role within management consulting or development

Qualification Master\'s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance, Real Estate or Hospitality.
