Job Purpose To work on providing insights into business problems and providing sound strategy and solutions, and driving projects using relevant data and analytics towards implementation

• Develop understanding of key business requirements and work on a business problem/ work stream, owning a distinct aspect of the project including managing the respective stakeholders across different Landmark concepts/brands (Max, Home centre, Babyshop, Splash etc.) and functions (E-Commerce, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather and structure relevant data (internal & external sources) and use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analysis, insights and solutions that support strategy development and critical business decisions \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop key hypothesis, test and validate with fact-based data driven analysis and develop actionable and fact-based recommendations \xe2\x80\xa2 Build excel models and effective presentations to communicate the recommendations / solutions to project lead / team, and concept/function stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive timely implementation of recommendations/initiatives, conduct regular progress reviews, tracking and reporting of business benefits / impact delivered Requirements
• MBA with 8 to 10 years of work experience from top tier colleges/Universities (IIT\xe2\x80\x99s, NIT\xe2\x80\x99s, BITS Pilani, DTU, LSR, SRCC, St. Xavier\xe2\x80\x99s etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound analytical and problem solving skills, ideally well conversant in excel modelling \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal, written and presentation skills - Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences including senior leaders in a structured manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to adapt to a variety of engagement types, locations and work on projects in different strategy domains as per the requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Goal oriented self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance with a curiosity and willingness to learn continuously \xe2\x80\xa2 Deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task \xe2\x80\xa2 Being an excellent team player while also and being an independent thinker who contributes to the team constructively
