About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager, Special Projects to lead, monitor, and coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with consultants, contractors, specialist suppliers, and internal management teams for the flawless execution of projects. You will also ensure that all government-related approvals for the project are in place, including all relevant Design and Construction NOCs and Building Permits.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Solid background in project management, budgeting, analysis, and excellent ability to multitask Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Team player with aptitude for problem-solving Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera, and RAMCO systems.
