Job Purpose
To define, measure, report Finance Shared Services verticals\' KPIs, SLAs, Reverse SLAs and other benchmarks in improving Shared Service teams performance and customer satisfaction metrics. Publish the regular stakeholder reporting and lead review candence.

Minimum Qualification
- Master Degree in Finance, Data and Management
- Certified qualification in CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA
- Must have implementation experience with reporting, dashboard and data mining tools
- Must have experience with C and Stakeholder reporting
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate and shared services sector.
