About the role

Do you have a passion for sales, and love over exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? If so, our sales division is awaiting your application today! As the Manager, Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Food & Beverage, you will strategically manage existing accounts and develop new business for the Food & Beverage outlets of the resort(s) from all key markets, locally and internationally. You will work closely with the F&B Events Manager and operations team to ensure guest experience and communication flow through is seamless and effective, whilst also being primarily responsible for generating group/FIT leads and partnerships, allowing the restaurants segment to reach and/or exceed the departmental revenue with a strong focus on high volume restaurants such as Gastronomy, Saffron and Kaleidoscope, as well as positioning the outlets in conjunction with the PR, Marketing and operations departments to create demand and ensure products and offerings are evolved in line with trends and market conditions.

Other key aspects of this role will include but are not limited to meeting regularly with the sales team, F&B Events Manager, and outlet Managers to ensure strategy, goals, targets, and service standards are met and exceeded, as well as identifying and gaining new business, and maintaining and developing existing clients and businesses. You will also develop and establish a business development plan which focuses on increasing demands from corporate and trade partners.

This role is based in Dubai and is customer facing, both within the Atlantis Dubai portfolio and visitation of local accounts. Due to the nature of the role, the position will report into both the Director of Sales for commercial aspects, and the Food and Beverage Events Manager for operational and event execution aspects.

About you

The successful Manager, Sales \xe2\x80\x93 F&B candidate will have at least 2-3 years\' experience working within Food & Beverage sales at a similar level (Manager and above) and will have extensive knowledge of the Dubai F&B/restaurant scene. You will have a passion for sales and have a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering consistently high results regularly. A background working with a restaurant group or within a 5-star resort/hotel within Dubai in preferential.

As well as possessing a flair for sales and holding a passion to increase all sales opportunities, you will also apply your strong negotiation skills complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients. You will be fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and generate demand for resort and hotel venues. You will be a curious, fast-learner, with a fearless attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
