ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager - Client Services is responsible for managing brand and agency relationships, driving media revenue growth, and delivering high-performing, data-driven advertising solutions across our retail media ecosystem. The role enhances client experience and positions Majid Al Futtaim Precision Media as a regional leader. The Manager serves as the key contact for external partners, managing end-to-end campaign planning, execution, tracking, and compliance.
ROLE PROFILE

  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets, building a strong sales pipeline, and selling tailored, high-impact retail media solutions across digital, in-store, and omni-channel platforms.
  • Identify and acquire new business while managing end-to-end campaign planning, execution, delivery, and performance communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands and agencies, aligning with their objectives and marketing calendars to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Ad Operations and Commercial teams to ensure accurate campaign execution, performance tracking, and alignment with brand and country strategies.
  • Support people processes by setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and contributing to manpower planning.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of retail media products, formats, and commercial opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years' experience managing clients, delivering digital/media sales, and working with global or regional accounts.
  • Strong foundation in account management, media sales, and digital advertising, supported by deep knowledge of the media and retail industry.
  • Proven success in digital display and audience-targeting solutions, with a consistent record of meeting commercial targets and building long-term advertiser relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and present clear, strategic insights.
  • Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative professional with strong consultative selling skills, a "no-quit" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
