About The Role

The Manager Restaurant Reservations will be responsible for managing restaurant reservations and booking requests for the 11 dining venues at One&Only One Za\'abeel. You will ensure the team are set up to be a focused and dedicated team which functions as per organizational standards, by ensuring a prompt, efficient and responsive service to guests, to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability in an environment of high team morale.

About You

Ideally you should have a minimum of 5 years\' experience within restaurant reservations in a luxury hotel environment and 2 years\' experience in the position of a manager. Strong experience using SevenRooms or Restaurant Reservation systems are essential. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian is advantageous.
