Requirement for Manager Typing center @ Ras Al Khaimah is looking for a Manager who has previous typing center experience. The ideal candidate will be the point of reference for all queries and will be responsible for setting up the business, reaching out to potential clients. Job Responsibilities Set up business and reach out to potential clients across multiple channels (telephone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) Receive incoming communication, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff. Perform all other related duties related to document typing center. Qualifications Master/Graduate/Other At least 3-5 years of experience at a document typing center. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills Understanding of visa-related documentation, services, and policies Proficiency with computers Strong time management and decision-making skills Adaptability and accountability Ability to work alone or in a group. Fast learner Preference Male or female Languages English, Hindi, and Arabic Salary and Benefits Competitive salary Job Type: Full-time Experience:
