OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVETo do the civil BOQ , Site measurement , costing and rate analysis for all the CP and concepts projects .DO \xe2\x80\x94 Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Tender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets.Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements.Preparation of monthly cost and value reports.Project cost monitoring and control.Review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions.Prepares Bill of materials / quantity take off / variations if any.Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.Thoroughly study shop drawings and as built for final project account statement and final bill of quantities.Sourcing, negotiating, finalizing & approving the contractors along with Senior Project manager / Project manager.Prepare claims for variation and time extension.Confer with the responsible supervisory personnel for the projects Contractors, and finalize Payment Certificates of contractors.Report loss of revenue or concerns with project budget.Prepare necessary documents required for invoicing, variations, claims on regular basis.
