JOB TITLE: Manager - Certification

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate to identify and apply relevant technical standards for safety, quality, and reliability of the project.
• Provide guidance for designers / suppliers / fabricators during the whole life cycle from concept to HUC.
• Preparation of Project Certification Plan in accordance with the contract requirements and service specification.
• Verify contractor certification requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
• Overall responsible for progress and coordination of certification phases.
• Shall plan, manage, and administer the certification plan in accordance with the contract requirements and service specification to ensure that the project certificate for scope of work is issued after successful completion of the work.
• Ensure documentation required for approval for each stage of certification and the surveillance checks required.
• Act as focal point for coordinating all certification related activities and reporting the progress.
• Act as focal point for all certification activities during the manufacturing stage, T&I Stage, for coordinating and issuing ITPs and other deliverables to CA for review and approval.
• Shall provide guidance for different subcontractors such as designer and manufacturer.
• Coordination with FIM Suppliers.
• Maintain cordial relationship with Client Representative and ensure that client certification requirements are understood, agreed and fulfilled.
• Control and the distribution of all the Certification documents.
• Monitor all Certification related activities on the project.
• Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
• Attend client meetings as required by the Program Quality Manager.
• Coordinate for all Certification related correspondence with the customers representatives.
• Monitor statistical method reporting, monthly KPIs.
• Control all archived documentation upon the completion of the project.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 15+ years of work experience preferably in Oil & Gas, Offshore projects.
• A minimum of 5 years as Certification Manager.
• Familiar with various phases of certification (design basis to commissioning / HUC) and deliverables associated with each of these phases (statement of compliance design / manufacturing / transport and installation / commissioning, operation, and maintenance & final certification).
• Familiar with Wind power plant offshore and onshore assets and their components, sections, and systems.
• Familiar with DNV GL and other certification schemes and IEC standards statement of compliance design basis.
• Must have experience in CE Marking, Quality Management Systems, and ISO 9001:2015 including Audits and Document management Systems.
