What You'll Do

• Oversee execution and management of partnership contracts with private sector entities in line with approved investment plans.
• Lead contract negotiations, evaluate risks, and implement corrective action plans for partnership projects.
• Conduct market and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities and design financing options.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial sustainability and strategic goals.
• Supervise bidding processes, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in partnerships, investment management, or project management.
• Proven leadership and negotiation capabilities with strong project management expertise.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and business applications.
