Job Description
***UAEN Only*** Position Purpose: The Manager - Property is responsible for overseeing the property operations tenant communications and administration of properties. This role ensures the effective and efficient operation of properties, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Core Responsibilities:
Customer service to the landlord and the tenants. Manage leasing activities, tenant relationships, and daily property operations. Ensure properties comply with local laws, safety, and maintenance standards. Oversee tenant retention programs, fit-out processes, and rent collection. Review service level agreements (SLAs) with contractors and suppliers. Liaise with Senior Team Leaders to address operational challenges. High Standards & Tenant Satisfaction Operations Management Leasing & Occupancy Property Vendor Management Utilities & Infrastructure Property Inspections & Maintenance Reporting & Performance Monitoring Lease Contracts & Compliance Community Engagement Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RPA) preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in property management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
