Synopsis

This role is responsible for the reliable operation of all Procurement Systems (ECC SAP, Ariba), System Administration co-ordination. Licence coordination ensuring alignment with Etihad governance, policy, process, and compliance requirements. Accountable for the management of T&I and IBM for system support for enhancements in line with Application Management support services.

Accountabilities

• Managing ARIBA integration with ERP system including SAP and Non-SAP system.
• End to end full life cycle implementation/support and rollout engagement in SAP ARIBA/S4 HANA/SRM and Contract Management Module.
• Work closely with Procurement Heads to identify improvement opportunities and streamline procurement system processes in line with Procurement policy.
• Ensure system stability and efficient utilization by the business user, resolve day procurement system issues, perform root cause analysis, identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with global SAP product team and provide recommendation to improve system adoption.
• Work closely with Group heads and policy owner to implement changes and new enhancement.
• Implementation of Strategic sourcing, e-auction, enhanced Contract Management module in SAP Ariba and integrating with Backend ERP.
• Implementing and managing Supplier enabled and Inhouse Catalogues within Ariba P2P Module.
• Provide support to the Heads of Procurement, Category Managers, Procurement Officers and End Users where appropriate to ensure that they are able to use the system effectively, providing coaching/training where required.
• Conduct system training for new Ariba / SAP users and refresher training for existing users.
• Monitor systems operation to ensure availability to enable users to operate systems in line with policies, processes and governance.
• Assist in the review of any PR/PO transactional issues/blockages, resolving and fixing process flow and related approval issues.
• Support any projects for systems enhancements, upgrades, new releases.
• Manage relationship with T&I and IBM helpdesk for system performance issues, system problem identification and fixes, upgrades and new releases.
• Manage systems administration for SAP (& Ariba); setup/maintain users access & license tracking.
• Liaison with Insights team to identify system and process errors, failures and improvement opportunities.
• Sourcing and Contract expertise and support Buyers on floor to resolve system issues ensuring timely Project completion.
• Create CRs and plan to prioritize CRs to be delivered in PI planning and perform UAT to ensure defect free release of the Ariba / SAP changes and new Plants setup.
• Work with RPA automation team on new initiatives and with DTI project teams for new procurement project initiatives
• Approve Ariba and SAP access requests to appropriate users after verification of the user roles.
• Work with Concur team for support on Purchasing card (P-Card) issues and P-Card reports.
• Update the master data files like Vendor Master.

Education & Experience

• Degree level qualification.
• Minimum 10 years Procurement Operations experience, including 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with procurement systems (P2P) administration and system analysis.
• ARIBA Certified Associate(Sourcing/procurement/Integration) and S4 HANA Sourcing and procurement Certified Professional preferred.
