What You'll Do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and cost savings
• Lead CAPEX and OPEX procurement for assets, equipment, and operational needs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate supplier agreements
• Provide data-driven procurement insights to align with financial and operational goals
• Manage, coach, and develop the procurement team for performance and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier partnerships and workflows
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals ensuring legal and financial compliance
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery standards
• Drive automation of procurement processes and adopt best practices for efficiency
• Manage large procurement projects, including equipment purchases and fit-outs
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure operational resilience

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of procurement or supply chain experience with at least 2 years in leadership
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
• Proven experience in CAPEX and OPEX procurement and supplier relationship management
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa
• Project management experience in procurement optimization and cost control
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical skills to interpret procurement data and identify market trends
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and reporting capabilities
