Management Responsibilities
Operational management of SAP major projects, including management team
Interaction with the customer\xe2\x80\x99s leadership team (board, management, management) leadership
Development of SAP implementation and rollout strategies as well as plans in complex application landscapes and customer environments
Creation and presentation of offers for large SAP projects
Taking on internal tasks as part of the Leadership Team (e.g. participation in industry practice groups, professional development of colleagues, driving content topics, \xe2\x80\xa6)
Participate in leadership meetings and practice group meetings
Day to Day Activities
Supporting clients in ERP/HCM/CRM/SCM/Planning/ Manufacturing projects
Manage the entire value chain: from requirements analysis to solution design/technical concept, implementation, testing, change management and rollout
Design / definition of specific ERP/HCM/CRM/SCM/Planning/Manufacturing solutions along the value chain of our clients and the required functional modules
Introduction of \xe2\x80\x9cbest practices\xe2\x80\x9d in the evaluation, specification, and implementation of user requirements, with a view to reducing one-off and maintenance costs
Technical management of implementation and migration projects in specific domains
Requirements management within the scope of enterprise solutions projects, incl. the management of specialist concept workshops with business process managers
Control and prototyping of customizing of ERP/HCM/CRM/SCM/Planning/Manufacturing solutions
Further development of the content of the enterprise solutions topics
Qualification / Experience
Technical knowledge of typical endto-end processes relevant in the ERP context (Purchase2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire) implementation in SAP S/4HANA
At least 6 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/HCM/CRM/SCM/Planning/Manufacturing projects Strong methodological background, knowledge of ERP/CRM/SCM implementation approaches and methodologies
Knowledge of wider portfolio of industry specific solutions, solution addons and analytical tools
Knowledge of specific SAP industrial solutions (ISOIL\xe2\x80\xa6), technical SAP addon solutions (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM,
Analytical SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom.
