Job Description
Looking for an HRBP / Generalist Manager who will be looking after the following key HR areas:
Strategic Partnership:
Work with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related issues.Talent Management:
Oversee the full talent lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, and advise on benefits administration.Compliance:
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.HR Operations:
Manage day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, administering new hire orientations, and handling HR-related inquiries.Data and Analytics:
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify business needs and develop solutions, reporting findings to leadership.Change Management:
Act as a change agent and provide guidance during organizational changes and restructureJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
