JOB DESCRIPTION The role contributes to Inspire Brands growing International Omni-channel business by supporting our existing & new business across all brands. The role is a broad-marketing role, including Strategy development and PlayBook creation to sign-off of specific marketing activations in-market, however the core role centers around the relationship management of our key route-to-market partners.

The role seeks to share Inspire Brands vision and business direction with our partners, understand their business objectives, and to foster a working relationship between our companies to bring products to market, advertise existing products, and to constantly drive long-term growth.

Key components of the role: * Insights lead strategy & marketing campaigns

• Brand and culturally relevant asset development & sign-off
• Relationship Management of our key Route-to-Market partners
• Internal Communications to align activity across the business
• Innovation to push the boundaries and be market leaders

Duties and Responsibilities * Insights understanding and development

• PlayBook & Asset development
• Route-to-market relationship management
• Management of Innovation pipelines
• Internal Communications with International Team

Education & Experience Requirements * Higher-Education Degree

• Preferably in Marketing or Business Management
• 7+ years experience in extensive marketing; working with global brands
• Previous experience working within a major FMCG company

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities * Extensive experience working with global brands

• Understands and can apply principles of FMCG businesses
• Experience in Business Planning, Joint-Business-Plans, Innovation Calendars
• Experience as a 'Brand Marketeer' for Products or Point-of-sales
• Preferably familiar with the GCC / MENA region
• Understands the at-home and out-of-home market places
