Synopsis

As we are in our Growth journey we are on the search for experience Network Schedulers who can bring their strategic expertise to out evolving network.

In this role you will significantly contribute to the strategic development and delivery of an economically and operationally optimized passenger and cargo schedule. You will ensure timely and accurate publication of operating and marketing flight schedules and ensuring that the output is aligned to the broader Etihad Aviation Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.

Accountabilities

• Manage the schedule delivery/development process that supports the following key deliverables

o Short-term (current IATA season) that includes close in re-fleeting, ongoing capacity optimisation, operational integrity maintained, on time performance targets are delivered
o Long-term (6-12 months) that includes supporting network/commercial requests to maximise profitability and working with key operational stakeholders to ensure operational compliance
o Recommend initiatives/changes to senior management as part of continual capacity optimisation
o Annual budget schedule development
o 5 and 10 year schedule development which also incorporates the long-term fleet strategy

• Develop key reports and manage regular meetings with operations to ensure complete transparency through the seasonal stakeholder deck and monthly operational meetings
• Ongoing coordination/communication with key stakeholders in the business that includes Network planning, Revenue Management, Alliances & Partnerships, Operations, Government Affairs, Finance and Corporate Communications
• Protect and ensure continual enhancement of Etihad\xe2\x80\x99s slot portfolio
• Ensure timely and accurate publication of the Etihad\xe2\x80\x99s prime, codeshare and marketing flights
• Manage ad-hoc charter requests that add value and do not compromise the Etihad operation

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years Network Planning experience including schedules planning with a reputable airline and with proven ability in developing, presenting, and supporting business cases
• Managing Network Planning/Scheduling projects with a high degree of interaction and communication with all levels in the organization
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree qualification (or equivalent) in any discipline
