About the job We have an exciting opportunity for An Offer Manager to join our Team based in one of the following countries: Algeria, Cote D'Ivoire, Morocco, Tunisia. This position is responsible for deploying 4P Marketing Strategy for a portfolio of Offers in our Geographies (Francophone Africa).

The role will focus on defining the offer strategy (3Y, 1Y), ensure market intelligence, define product channel & price positioning, define promotion activities with marketing communication team, monitor the performance of the portfolio in order intake, sales & margin & deliver forecast.

Portfolio range might include: High Curent - Electrical Medium Voltage Products (Switchgear, Breakers, BCUs, Protection relays, Smart Monitoring Devices), Low Voltage Product (Switchgear, Breakers, Measuring Units)

An ideal candidate would have more than 3 years of experience in these areas.

What will she/he do? Support the execution of the commercial strategy of the offer Collect and supply the Business Unit (BU) with Business information Participate in the order and billing planning process (orders and sales forecasts) Monitor activity (turnover, volume, profitability, selling price, market share, costs, margins by product/country/segment, etc.) Conduct regular benchmarks to collect and evaluate market information Meet with customers and partners to understand their needs and trends Define the appropriate architecture between ranges in accordance with market developments Update the pricing and follow the country implementation with the Category manager and the Channel Manager Contribute to the definition of the roadmap for the development of the offer over 3 years Update the arguments and content of internal and external communication Propose Marketing campaigns or action plans to boost the offer Support the development and distribution of training tools and commercial actions for countries and customers Facilitate training sessions and prescriptions internally and externally What qualifications will make her/him successful? Knowledge of Electrical Distribution Equipements Knowledge of Marketing 4P Mixt Experience as Sales Engineer or Project Manager Experience in any of the following Buisess Segment: Oil&Gas, Power & Grid, Industry Customer-service oriented and able to advocate for customers with project teams Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and technical colleagues, sharing detailed technical information in an easy-to-understand manner (written and verbal) Fluent in English & French Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of work experience What's in it for me?
