Job Description
The Manager - MoE will be responsible for curriculum compliance and school improvement strategies associated with the Ajyal School projects delivery of MoE Subjects. In addition, the postholder will provide appropriate subject specific support and capacity building to the MoE leads in school, as well as supporting delivery of professional development for MoE staff.

Minimum Qualification Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with postgraduate qualifications in teaching (e.g. PGCE) essential Minimum Experience At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 Middle leadership in a school or general education setting. Main Duties
\xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that the MOE programme is compiled with the legal, financial, and organisational structures of the institution.
- To support the Director - Managed Schools in strategic planning and developing policies and procedures for the purpose of achieving MoE specific KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and compliance with accreditation guidelines, international education standards, local laws, and regulations.
- To oversee all strategic aspects of the MOE subjects ensuring development and quality assurance of the programme, including but not limited to curriculum development, extra-curricular activities, staff evaluation and development, information technology, timetabling, etc.
- To monitor the effectiveness of school practice and the impact on students learning, and is knowledgeable about current curriculum, instruction, and assessment practice.
- To be an advocate and spokesperson for the school to all stakeholders and established strong lines of communication with teachers, parents, and students.
- To be directly involved in the design and implementation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
- To ensure that schools are provided with the necessary resources and professional development for successful execution of their assigned duties and responsibilities.
\xe2\x80\xa2 To attend Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with school leaders to support inspection preparation and outcomes related MoE Subjects
- To support the wider education team in meeting group strategic aims.
- To lead by example and always maintain a high standard of professionalism
- To undertake and carry out any other such comparable duties commensurate with the grade of the post, as required by your Line Manager and/ or the Director - Managed Schools
