About your job Your role is to do the planning, implementing and managing the Enterprise middleware technology, Cloud application & data platforms and Enterprise Messaging technology. It includes Platform design, Engineering, Capacity Planning, Availability Planning, IT Service Continuity, Security and Supplier Management You will provide leadership in architecture, design and planning to support the organization's implementation of Cloud computing with a focus on application and platform technology. You wil play a critical role in maintaining middleware & application operations functions. This includes the enhancement, support, and maintenance of all critical components in our hosted PaaS platforms as well as all on Prem systems. Your position will reflect a combination of technology management, administration and process management. You will report to the Senior Manager Platform and Performance Management. Role and responsibilities

• Partnering with vendor, support teams, advisory teams and customers to drive process and service improvement
• Own and meet the target of Critical SLAs every month
• Govern outages end-to-end and restore the Impact/services within SL
• Proven ability to work with others to meet common objectives and customer expectation
• Can clearly identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes
• Design, implement and automate procedures for deployment, configuration, patching and upgrading of systems and applications
• Drives the organization towards Cloud best practices and supporting technologies to enable such capabilities as DevSecOps, Big Data/Analytics, AI, Cloud scalability, and Micro-Services
• Support the development of open architectures and applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to ensure they are best suited for Cloud deployment and consumption
• Experience with all phases of ITIL service management: incident management, request fulfilment, change management, problem management, and continuous service and process improvement.
