We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic

Manager - Marketing & Business Partnerships

to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing, brand leadership, and strategic business development--especially within the financial services, audit, or consulting industries.

As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building brand equity, and driving revenue through key partnerships and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Brand Leadership

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive demand Oversee content creation, digital campaigns, and performance marketing efforts Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and channels

Strategic Business Partnerships

Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships and B2B relationships Collaborate with internal stakeholders on joint initiatives to unlock growth opportunities Represent the company at industry events and networking forums

Business Strategy and Growth

Drive projects from concept to execution with a focus on results Build and manage a strategic roadmap across marketing, sales, and business development Analyze market trends to identify competitive advantages and expansion opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in B2B marketing and partnerships, ideally within financial services, audit, or consulting Strong knowledge of the UAE market and business landscape Demonstrated ability to create and manage multi-channel marketing strategies Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead projects independently Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
