About The Role

The Marketing and Communications Manager assists the Director of Marketing and Communications to drive and lead the operational and financial direction of marketing ensuring complete viability of the facility, maximizing all opportunities and resources. Responsible for managing short- and long-term marketing communications and promotions, as well as manage the implementation of marketing and brand building strategies for SIRO.

You will promote the overall SIRO philosophy and services working together with our guests and members to unlock and achieve their goals. Curating a journey dedicated to a guest\'s needs, delivering not only rewarding experiences in the short term, but also long-lasting, sustainable success to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.

About You

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years\' experience in brand marketing and PR experience and a bachelor\'s degree in marketing, social media, advertising or equivalent. With previous experience with media engagement, agency management, crisis communications, press room content, hosting media and KOLs.
