About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our loyalty program\'s fraud prevention and detection efforts. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of fraud risks and the ability to develop effective strategies to safeguard our loyalty program and protect our members\' interests.

This role drives of revenue protection and enhanced member experience by managing a state-of-the art, highly automated, and artificial intelligence-based security solution with multi-factor-authentication (MFA) capabilities to safeguard member\xe2\x80\x99s accounts, personal information data and Miles. Foster a culture of risk awareness within the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s Risk Management forums.

What you will do:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, customer support, marketing, and finance, to ensure a holistic approach to fraud prevention and detection across all relevant touchpoints.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement a comprehensive fraud prevention strategy for our loyalty program, ensuring the security and integrity of the program\'s operations.

\xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of the latest fraud trends, tools, and technologies, continuously monitoring the industry landscape to proactively identify emerging risks and implement countermeasures.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as fraud prevention vendors, industry associations, and law enforcement agencies, to leverage their expertise and resources in combating loyalty fraud.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze fraud data and generate insightful reports, highlighting key trends, patterns, and areas of concern to senior management, and recommending appropriate actions to address fraud-related issues.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to fraud prevention and data protection.

\xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of fraud awareness and prevention throughout the organization, conducting regular training sessions and awareness campaigns to educate employees about fraud risks and prevention measures.

\xc2\xb7 Design and implement the Skywards Authorities manual and manage end to end data access across all Skywards related business applications.

\xc2\xb7 Develop risk and control frameworks for Cryptocurrency and Anti Money Laundering/ Combatting Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) in alignment with the evolution of Skywards business and miles as a digital currency.

\xc2\xb7 Manage, coach, develop and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their objectives and have the necessary skills to executive their role effectively.

This job might be for you if you have:

\xc2\xb7 Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)

\xc2\xb7 10+ yrs. experience in Commercial/Sales

\xc2\xb7 Degree and Certification in Auditing

\xc2\xb7 International accounting qualification (ACA/CPA) with specialisation in auditing is preferable.

\xc2\xb7 10+ proven experience in fraud prevention, preferably within the loyalty program or financial services industry, with a track record of developing and implementing successful fraud prevention strategies.

\xc2\xb7 10+ yrs. in Business Risk Assurance, Auditing, and/or Loyalty Fraud Management. Preferably air transportation or other similar technical/logistics/infrastructure related industry experience.

\xc2\xb7 Experience at a senior level in data privacy principles and compliance frameworks.

You\'ll have an edge if you possess:

\xc2\xb7 Advanced degree or professional certifications in fraud management or a similar discipline is highly desirable.

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of fraud prevention methodologies, techniques, and tools, including data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of Digital security platforms

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Cryptocurrency, e-Wallets related risks & controls

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Anti Money Laundering / Combatting Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) risks & controls & applicable national & international regulations

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Data Privacy principles

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build strong relationships with external partners.

\xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
