Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute strategic business plans for top retail accounts aligned with brand priorities and long-term objectives
  • Drive sales performance by achieving monthly invoicing targets and ensuring accurate forecasting and demand planning
  • Lead regular account review meetings to assess performance, share insights, and align on future initiatives
  • Deliver structured seasonal range and sell-in presentations during pre-book planning cycles
  • Ensure product assortments meet customer needs while remaining aligned with brand vision
  • Coordinate closely with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
  • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and address risks proactively
  • Support effective execution of seasonal launches and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership success
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within retail or sporting goods sectors
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic account plans with measurable commercial impact
  • Strong understanding of retail account management, forecasting, and assortment planning
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Familiarity with pre-booking cycles, seasonal product planning, and sell-in presentations
  • Strong business planning skills with P&L awareness
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
