Responsibilities: The Manager - IT Solutions and E-commerce will be primarily responsible for DMC Travel Technology / Enhancements, Dynamic rates and related Hotel Contracting / Relationships, E-commerce (Social media & websites) , Online business and Data Analytics
Educational Background
Computer Literacy - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferable Background - Travel Tech and Contracting
Educational Background
- Bachelor/ Graduation Degree; preferably with a Post Graduation Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a DMC/ Tour Operator in Dubai with Contracting Background or a Travel Tech Company
- Background in Online Connectivity/ Dynamic Rates/ Channel Mgt, etc.
- Stellar understanding of Static Contracting.
- Knowledge of Dynamic connectivity for Hotels
- Basic know-how of channel managers, direct connect and third party integrations
- Knowledge of Data Analysis
