The Manager IT Enterprise Business Applications, ERP will be a part of the G42 IT Enterprise Business Applications team responsible for the Group IT architecture for all business applications reporting into the Director IT Enterprise Business Applications. Working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, the role will lead and support the establishment and implementation of new and revised application systems and programs and ensure the delivery of great value to G42 and its Business Units through innovative and intuitive customer experience.
Exclusively required by G42, the Manager ERP role must have the relevant experience and skillsets of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) wherein as the Architect, you will be a key member of Group IT taking the ownership and leading the understanding and transitioning of functional concepts into technical solutions using modern design principles and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
The main focus will be on the G42 Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP and CE ecosystem, administering the health and maintenance of both production and non-production environments and integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in leading and managing the installation, administration, development and support of Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO with experience in multiple and complex Dynamics 365 FO/ projects required. Experience around the administration of Azure environments, Dynamics 365 CE and cloud-based/ SAAS solutions is required. Responsibilities:
Drive Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) ERP implementation design starting with determining the most suitable design architecture and MS product roadmap for the large finance enabled business transformations.
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution and report to the C-level sponsors of the business and G42 leadership. Establish and adhere to Enterprise architecture best practices across technical and functional lines and Microsoft Products
As the Senior IT ERP product owner, responsible for all phases of the ERP implementation rollout through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy having had solid experience of project implementation principles from an actual D365 FO/ ERP implementation.
Capture, assess, and define the business requirements and create strategies to meet those objectives using practical Dynamics 365 business solutions and industry best practices.
Document and review all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents.
Coordinate, design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Dynamics 365 business procedures.
Actively organize and facilitate workshops, in-house seminars, webinars, and knowledge transfers with team members and business users.
Connect all the functional domains of D365 FO ERP towards a concrete solution based on the Microsoft technology stack in general, D365 and the overall application landscape.
Lead the team during the project from a solution perspective and service as the main point of contact throughout all the project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets the business needs and requirements.
Lead, manage and coordinate with Project Management to assist the consulting and development teams.
Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
Develop and continue to refine ERP implementation standards and tools including follow the market developments and trends.
Responsible to lead other finance-related applications and/or integrations with all other ERP systems.
Strong experience in the Design and Development of applications using D365 FO/ ERP with techno-functional experience in installing applications and functionality and configuring environments for use in development, testing and production.
Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses business, analytical, and process skills with a strong technical knowledge including leading the technical solution design of implementations and the custodian of all technical-functional related issues.
Strong communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in easily understood business terms.
Has strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently, as well as in project teams.
Ability to take ownership and you are accountable and responsible. Ability to adapt to constantly evolving technologies.

Worked on project implementation using Agile-scrum methodologies and ADO and/or leveraging Microsoft project methodologies for full-lifecycle implementations.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO/AX 2012 preferred.
Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones.
Team management experience from various disciplines required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in ICT or a related functional sector such as Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Logistics.
Minimum of 8 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365.
Several full life cycle implementations in various industries are required.
Working experience and knowledge with the latest Microsoft Dynamics cloud implementation methodologies.
Experience implementing AX/D365 FO for Finance, Procurement, Project management and accounting, Expense management, Distribution and warehousing, Management Reporter.
Has a proven track record and experience in business consulting and/or implementation consulting roles and solid understanding of Business Process Modelling and the documentation
Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate. Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect.
Demonstratable and strong Dynamics 365 FO/ AX 2012 R3 product knowledge and project implementation experience as must.
Knowledge of mainstream version control systems such as Azure DevOps.
PowerApps, LogicApps, Azure Portal/ Services, SharePoint, C#, SQL Server, Common Data Service and other Azure Services including Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, etc.
Certification in Prince2, PMP, SAFE or other project management methodologies such as Success by Design (SbD) is a plus.
Dynamics Vendor collaboration and/or Enterprise Asset management experience would be a plus.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as MS Azure, LCS, Flow, PowerApps will be considered an asset.
Understanding of Azure Licensing and D365 CE costing is a plus.
Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent documentation skills, procedures, design specs, test scripts, training documents etc.
Work collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, and End Users to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics CE issues.
