Job Summary

The Manager - IT will oversee the IT department's operations, ensuring the effective implementation and management of technology solutions that support the organization's goals. This role requires a strong background in SAP, FMCG, and supply chain management, along with leadership skills to guide a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary interface between business leaders and India Head Office IT, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and technology initiatives.

Business Process Analysis & Process Improvement

Identify current business process improvement and pain points especially the local nuances Drive application adoption, ensuring solutions align with both regional business strategy and central IT standards.

Project Management/ Deployment:

Lead or support IT project deployment related to application upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments. Report progress, key risks, and achievements to Hub management and Central IT.

Training & Change Enablement:

Train users on new applications and business processes to maximize adoption. Sponsor continuous improvement and ensure feedback loops with end users.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of SAP and supply chain management processes. Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
