About the role
Are you a tech-savvy, analytical professional, eager to deliver quality business results? Do you enjoy being a problem solver and solutions engineer? Atlantis, Dubai is looking for forward thinking minds, able to identify potential areas for change, and implementing sounds business solutions. This is a mid-level management/technical position for a Manager, IT Compliance role. As the Manager, IT Compliance, you will manage all internal and external audits and be the main point of contact for these matters, be responsible for ensuring compliance in all areas of IT and manage the change management process. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages all internal and external audits and be the main point of contact.
  • Ensure all open audit observations are responded to and closed in a timely manner.
  • Maintains IT audit log working document, works closely with the team to ensure progress and supporting evidence.
  • Ensures daily, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc application/system and security check lists and reviews are completed to standard.
  • Ensures all user access reviews are completed in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensures patch compliance using SCCM.
  • Ensures backups are performed in a timely manner and any arising issues are addressed.
  • Ensures compliance with all global standards and policies.
  • Develop user access management standards for all applications not part of the global standard (e.g. HotSOS and SevenRooms).
  • Manages the General Access form (askIT) process and ensures compliance.
  • Ensures all leavers access is terminated in accordance to company policy.
  • Ensure all hardware deployed is compliant with hardening standards (MDM, Trend Micro, Desktop Central, AD, SCCM, Supported O/S Version, etc.).
  • Maintains and implements all SOP documentation for IT and ensures adherence.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and promotes automation efficiencies.
  • Regularly conducts risk analysis and ensures mitigations are in place.
  • Manage and lead the end to end change management process
  • Run the Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Ensure clear documentation is provided for each change (Business UAT Scripts, Sign off and Implementation Plan, rollback etc..)
  • Ensure all changes are approved before implementation
  • Works with Assistant Manager, Service Delivery to ensure all changes are communicated to stakeholders
  • Conduct impact analysis on changes to assess readiness
  • Provide guidance on current changes, maintain change calendar

About you
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, detail orientated candidate capable of managing IT compliance, while maintaining a high standard of ethics/integrity. Ideally, we\'d like you to have a relevant bachelor\'s degree, and a minimum of 3-5 years\' experience in a similar role. It is essential that you have a good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and you will ideally have IT audit experience within the hospitality industry.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • 3-5 years operational experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience conducting audits and responding to observations
  • Understanding of change management framework
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible and can manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to command authority while remaining respectful in order to ensure adherence to standards, policies and procedures
  • Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism and Problem Solving
  • Thorough understanding of IT security concepts and principles.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to influence individuals that are not direct reports and strong command skills with the ability to challenge at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple workloads - flexibility and adaptability.
  • Personal integrity with a high regard to maintain confidentiality.
  • Exposure to IT governance best practices such as COBIT.
  • College/University educated (preferably).

Qualifications/Certifications
  • Certification in ITIL v4
  • Certification in COBIT
